If you’re looking for the perfect nude lip, I think this might just be it!
I know it might be odd to recommend a lipstick for the summer – the season where shiny most definitely rules, but for night I really don’t think you can beat a good nude lip when you’re all tan. Cue Shu Uemura’s Rouge Unlimited in 930 Beige (not the most catchy of names, but anyway.)
The lipstick is a warm toned nude, with a peach undertone which reduces the risk of corpse lips to nil. The lipstick applies super smoothly, and is a rich matte – I would say it’s a velvety finish, which lasts for about 4 hours on me, with none of that horrible drying sensation.
I love the packaging of the lipstick – encased in a clear shell, it’s super easy to pick out from the crowd in the morning, and takes away the need for my constant opening and closing of lipstick bullets in my efforts to find the one I’m looking for.
This is the first lipstick I have tried from the brand, and it certainly won’t be the last!
Rouge Unlimited is priced at £19.00
