When you think about what constitutes a winter makeup collection, Clarins’ 2013 offering is completely on point.
Their Joli Rouge Lipstick in Spicy Cinnamon is one of those colours which is just perfect for a fall day. A warm orange-red-brown which adds warmth to the face and looks just perfect when worn with a soft and smoky brown eye.
Like all of the Clarins lip products I have tried, the colour applies evenly, and wears well. I get around 3 hours of wear until a touch up is needed, and the formula is smooth and feels super moisturizing. Can we also talk about the smell – all light fruity which means I’m digging out the lippie for reapplications way before it’s actually necessary.
