Stila Stay All Day Foundation*

I love it when companies bring out something which is a little different, and I can safely say that I’ve never seen anything like Stila’s Stay All Day foundation kit.

 

The Stay All Day Foundation kit is a real stroke of genius – you get a bottle of foundation, a concealer in the lid as well as a nifty little foundation brush. The foundation has a creamy formula, and it’s medium to high coverage when applied. I’ve never really gotten to grips with foundation brushes, so I usually just dab a little (there is a spatula inside the lid) onto a sponge, then smooth over the areas which need a little disguising. It completely melts into the skin, and I then dab a little concealer under my eyes, around my nose and over any blemishes. I love, love, love the fact that the concealer is an exact match colour-wise and I don’t have to scramble around in the mornings figuring out which concealer I need to use. The foundation wears well throughout the day, and I only need to touch up my concealer after 4 or 5 hours. The foundation is available in 16 shades, so most skintones won’t find it hard to match up with one of the colors.
