So the newest thing to come from Estee Lauder is the brand’s new Pure Color Envy Lipsticks – a range of 20 new colors which claim to sculpt, hydrate and style lips – I have two to try out!

The lipsticks don’t disappoint! They are supremely glamorous and grown-up looking. For the new formulas, Estee Lauder has designed new tubes for the lippies (the first redesign since 1992!). The cases are a deep midnight-navy blue, trimmed with shiny gold, and they have the most luxurious feeling magnetic ‘snap’ closure. In short, you’ll be trying to find ways to reapply this lipstick in front of everyone you know.

First up is 210 Impulsive, a soft blue-toned pink which is perfect for a neutral, natural look.

I’m kind of obsessed with Impulsive at the moment, a quick swipe of this when I’m wearing my everyday blush, bronzer and taupe eyeshadow leaves me feeling polished and pretty.

The blue undertones keep teeth looking pearly-white, and it has just the most gorgeous glossy finish.

The formula is pretty much to die for! It’s super, super creamy, and the colour is beautifully opaque. It applies evenly, and it sticks around for about four hours.

Next up is Rebellious Rose – a stunning dusky pink toned red.

It’s photographing a lot more ‘red’ than it really is, but this is perfect if your looking for a quick way to update your go-to look. Like Impulsive, Rebellious Rose’s formula is an absolute dream to apply, and the colour is just so flattering! I would say it was a step or two down from wearing a true red, meaning it’s subtle enough for day or work wear, but it’s still super pretty!

Again, the colour applies evenly and smoothly, and it doesn’t feel at all heavy or drying when applied. Instead, it feels creamy, like a light balm, and even though the lipstick was highly pigmented, at no point was I worried that it would smear all over my face!

The lipsticks are priced at £24.00 each, and are available here (UK) and here (US)
