I had been absolutely dying to try some products from Omorovicza – I had a sample pot of their Deep Cleansing Mask, which was awesome, so I knew their daily-use products would be pretty game-changing.
Well, I was right. I was lucky enough to try the Thermal Cleansing Balm – a gentle cleanser which removes makeup without stripping the skin.
Obviously, the most obvious difference between this balm and everything else available is the grey colour which are due to the natural extracts, minerals from the Hungarian thermal waters and mud contained within the formula. Due to the colour I thought this might be quite a heavy balm, but that really couldn’t be further from the truth!
The balm is actually super light – it turns into an almost oil with the heat of my fingertips when I rub it into my skin, and the smell is a gorgeously light floral which is somewhere between orange blossom and moringa.
A couple of finger-fulls is enough for a full application, and once I’ve smoothed it on, I remove it with a hot flannel – it feels almost spa-like, and it’s a gorgeous way to unwind at night. I’ve also been taking this to the gym with me, and wearing it whilst I go an sit in the steam room for five minutes. Once the balm is off, my skin feels so smooth, and there is no dryness or tightness. In the mornings after using the balm, my skin feels so healthy and smooth – this is a permanent addition to my stash!
The Thermal Cleansing Balm is priced at £46 and is available here.
