Aerin Kaleidolight Palette*

Aerin is one of those brands which just produces the most swoon-worthy products. For me, it’s one of the few brands which can do no wrong!

The palette is not only a thing of beauty, but basically a handbag essential – I can guarantee you don’t have something like this already!

It’s beautiful. Five separate powders can be swirled together to give your face a healthy glow, or you can pick out individual shades to use as a bronzer, blush, highlighter or eyeshadow.

The formula of all five colors is just perfection – they are silky smooth, and when I use a big fluffy brush I’m left with a healthy glow which has no powdery texture or residue. The large rosy blush at the bottom of the palette is just perfection – it leaves a light flush which looks like you’ve just come in from a healthy stroll. The lavender at the top left of the palette is super clever too! If you suffer from sallow skin, this will perk you right up! Additionally you can also use it as an eyeshadow.

The bronzer makes me wish I could buy a full size palette of the stuff. Rather than the dreaded orange which accompanies 99% of bronzers I try, this just gives a wash of colour – it’s gorgeous! The top right shade (and the middle shade on the left) is a soft highlighter which gives a whisper of highlight – it’s kind of like sitting by a candle – it blurs imperfections and is just kind of perfect! Last, but by no means least is the slightly darker shade in the middle of the top row. I use this mainly as an eyeshadow. It gives a beautiful natural looking depth to the eyes, and I love how tonal the shade is when I use the blush and bronzer, it just looks so chic and put together!
