If you suffer from any kind of breakout, I would recommend that you head to Boots immediately and stock up on Una Brennan Superfacialist’s new Anti-Blemish skincare line. It can sometimes be difficult to find products which manage to effectively deal with spots and acne without stripping or drying the skin. Thankfully, Ms Brennan has come to the rescue.
Every couple of days, I’ve been using the Purify & Refresh Face Scrub. A gentle enough exfoliator for even sensitive skin – the formula contains both Vitamin B3 and Salicylic Acid to help combat spots forming.
Once I week I’ve also been using the Pore Purifying Clay Mask – a beautifully soothing treatment which draws out any pore impurities using the same Vitamin B3 and Salicylic Acid found in the scrub. I let the mask dry, then use a clean, hot flannel to remove any trace of it. Since I’ve been using the duo my skin just feels so wonderfully fresh and clean – and it’s completely stopped any hormonal breakouts in their tracks!
Both the scrub and the mask cost £8.99 and are available from Boots.
Really want to try that pore clay mask but I don’t really get blemishes so is it a waste of time or do you think it would still do a good thing for my skin? X

If you suffer from blackheads, or feel like you just want to refresh your skin I would definitely try it out. It’s also good to have a clay mask hidden away incase you get an unexpected spot – then you can just cover with the mask, and let it draw out any impurities without having to go through a whole face mask xxx
Aah cool thank you! 🙂 xxx
