Lush Lip Service Lip Balm*

One of my (admittedly many) bad habits is biting at my lips. I seem to do it when I’m stressed, bored, thinking, basically whenever. This means they are very susceptible to becoming dry (never attractive) and when they’re dry they start to peel.

So in my efforts to keep everything silky smooth, I’ve been turning to Lush’s Lip Service Lip Balm. Packaged in a nifty silver screw-top tin the balm is the perfect size for popping into my bag, for mid-day touch ups.

The formula is a great uni-sex product with a light citrus scent. It doesn’t feel too thick when applied. Instead my lips just feel healthy and conditioned. The balm is a genius mix of shea butter, beeswax, cocoa butter and apricot kernel oil – everything in it is designed to impart as much moisture as possible. Tangerine and mandarin oil give the light, zesty scent and it smells wonderfully refreshing.I love how you can build the balm up on your lips, but it never feels heavy or sticky.

If you’re looking for a winter lip balm, you have to check this out!

The balm costs £5.75 and is available here.
