John Frieda Sheer Blonde Conditioning Treatment*

So I got my hair highlighted last week, and although I got a conditioning treatment at the time, I want to keep my hair as strong and as conditioned as possible. That’s why I’ve been turning to John Frieda’s Sheer Blonde Conditioning treatment.

Packaged in a shower-friendly tub, the mask has a great texture for regular use. It’s slightly lighter than other masks I’ve tried, which means I can use it daily, and I love the fresh scent. After shampooing, I squeeze out excess water from my hair and apply a liberal couple of fingers full. It really feels like a premium product, and since it’s so affordable, you can afford to be generous! If I’ve not got anywhere to be, I whack my ends up in a bun (still slicked with the mask) and leave it on for a good 15-20 minutes. When I take it to the gym, I also pop it on before boiling myself in the steam room. Once I rinse everything out, my hair feels super smooth, and blow drying it is an absolute dream. Since I’ve been using it, my hair feels super healthy and strong, and its so shiny too! No more dry and crispy ends for me!

The mask costs £5.99 and is available at Boots
