Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette – Native*

Urban Decay Naked Flushed Native

I’m not sure quite how I missed Urban Decay’s Naked Flushed palettes, but when I saw Native, I knew I just had to try it!

Available in a selection of 4 colour-ways, and containing a bronzer, highlighter and blush, I can’t imagine a skin tone which wouldn’t suit one of the options, and I just love how sleek and convenient they are! The compacts are packaged in a brushed rose gold case, with a huge mirror on the inside which is just perfect for on the go touchups.

Native is described as having a medium bronze bronzer, pale pink shimmer highlighter and bright pink blush. It’s absolutely perfect for this time of year – it means you don’t have to lug multiple products around with you while you’re out and about, and it also fits perfectly into my evening bags!

Native is a perfect choice for an easy, natural look. After applying a light base of tinted moisturiser, I swirl a little of the bronzer over the apples of my cheeks, forehead, nose and chin then apply a little of the blush and highlighter to my cheekbones. The palette is quite cool in tone, and the formulas of all three powders are super soft, with a great colour payoff.

To keep the colours clean and separate, I use my MAC 167SE brush for the bronzer as it’s a little smaller than my regular bronzer brush, and my usual blush brush works perfectly. The powder applies incredibly smoothly and evenly, and it gives a lovely, slightly dewy finish. I’m obsessed with the beautiful pink blush – it really brightens my face in this icky weather. The highlighter is a complete dream too – the shell pink just melts into skin, leaving a natural looking glow. It’s not glittery or sparkly, rather just a subtle sheen which is so pretty both on the cheekbones and the brow bone.

Naked Flushed costs £22.00 and is available here (UK) and here (US)

Very pretty although I wish they (or anyone really) made sets like this with cool toned bronzers 🙂

The bronzer just gives a bit of life to my pale skin, but I definitely understand what you mean! xxx
