We’re in the short-stretch in the run up to Father’s Day, but don’t worry, I’ve still got a tonne of ideas for present ideas which will go down a storm! Calvin Klein’s Eternity Night for Men is a perfect choice if your dad is a fan of deeper, woody aromatic scent. First of al I love the smoky ombre bottle, it’s so beautifully understated, I can’t imagine anyone not wanting to show this off on a dressing table! The Eau de Toilette smells quite dark and smoky when first applied. The notes of coriander and plum are spiced up with a touch of paprika which feels exotic and unusual.
As the scent develops and deepens, some more herbal notes of lavender and clary sage become clearer, meaning that Eternity Night smells beautifully clean. As Eternity Night continues to wear, the base notes of sandalwood and cedar round out the fragrance, meaning it smells incredibly warm and comforting. The wear-time of the fragrance is great, my lucky tester said he got 8 hours easily, and he still smelled scrummy when I saw him in the evening.
