After last week’s run-in with a rather too vigorous exfoliation treatment which left me looking red, raw, and rather sorry for myself, I’ve been really babying my skin. Nourishing cleansing balms and lashings of coconut oil have been precisely what my skin needed, but now that everything is back to normal, I’ve been itching to give myself a good scrub!
