Odylique Coconut Candy Scrub

Now that we’re hitting sweater weather, I’m determined not to allow myself to get into winter skin territory. I always feel like when you’re wrapped up, skincare tends to go out of the window.

With my new skincare find – Odylique, though, keeping silky smooth this winter isn’t going to be an issue! The brainchild of mother-daughter duo Abi and Margaret, the company is based in Suffolk and uses completely natural, organic and vegan ingredients, all while creating the most luxurious feel in products.

The first of the brand’s offerings I tried out was the Natural Coconut Candy Scrub – since I’m a fan of exfoliators in general, I couldn’t wait to crack it open and get to work! Packaged in a large plastic tub, the scrub promises ‘exceptional results and compatibility with the most challenged skin’ so I was super keen to really give it try!

Unlike most sugar scrubs I’ve tried before, Odylique’s offering has a light, almost jelly consistency which feels lovely to use. In addition to sugar granules, poppy seeds are included to give skin a good sloughing! I’m obsessed with the gorgeously light coconut scent, which has a slight minty undertone. It’s basically a summer holiday in a jar! As well as being a great scrub, virgin coconut and cocoa bean butter have been included so that skin isn’t only exfoliated, but left silky soft and moisturised. I’ve been reaching for the scrub about twice a week, and I’m absolutely lovely the soft skin results! It’s also a great choice to use if you’re giving yourself an at-home manicure. Before getting to work with cuticle clippers and polishes, I give my hands a good scrub to leave them soft and looking their best!

Odylique’s Natural Coconut Candy Scrub is priced at £25.00 and is available here.
