When Urban Decay released their new Afterglow 8 Hour Blush earlier this summer, I absolutely fell in love. The mix of stunning colours and seriously impressive formula meant I couldn’t wait to add another one to my collection!
As much as I love the blushes themselves, I’m somewhat smitten by the packaging. The Afterglow 8 Hour Blushes all come in these beautiful grey metallic compacts which stack easily and look great on my dressing table. I love the fishnet detailing on the top – it’s a nice nod to Urban Decay’s edginess!
Since I had previously played around with a rather vibrant shade (you can read about it here), I thought that I would opt for the more neutral Indecent. Worn by the likes of Kim Kardashian, Indecent is a stunning warm-toned coral which is perfect for giving a natural flush of colour.
Like the other Afterglow 8 Hour Blushes I’ve tried, the formula is an absolute dream to work with! Even though it’s a powder, it feels almost creamy, and the blush is incredibly pigmented. I just need to lightly swirl my blush kabuki in the powder for the perfect amount of colour which I apply before I put on my bronzer.
Since Afterglow 8 Hour has such great colour payoff, you only need a little for a really pretty, natural looking glow, and I’m just obsessed with the colour of Indecent. Unlike most of my blushes, Indecent is a stunning warm coral, and it’s really perfect if you’re looking to create a pretty, natural look. It is also perfect for autumn, as it gives such a lovely warmth which I’m seriously in need of right now!
Urban Decay Afterglow 8 Hour Blush in Indecent is priced at £19.00 and is available here (UK) and here (US)
