Glossybox June 2016*

Glossybox June 2016 UK

I just love when each month’s Glossybox arrives, it’s such a treat of a parcel, and every month they’re just filled with the most wonderful little treats and surprises. June is no exception, and the box is absolutely packed full with products which will keep me going all summer long!

The full sized bottle of Ladival SPF 15 is one of those products which you just know that you’re going to be reaching for throughout the season. I’m hoping that the sunshine will return to Scotland soon (it’s been nothing but grey clouds and rain for the past fortnight), but I’ll also be tucking it into my suitcase when I pop off to catch a little sun.

The sunscreen comes packaged in a spray nozzle bottle, and I can’t tell you how convenient that makes it! Just a quick spritzed and you’re good to go. I love the fact that it’s SPF 15 – light enough to let me get a little bit of a tan, but not enough to burn.

Glossybox June 2016 Aussie Hair Mask

Next up is a sachet of Aussie’s 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor Conditioner. I’ve only heard rather wonderful things about this, so I’m really excited to try it! My ends are feeling a bit frazzled at the moment (I’m due for a trim) and I’m just about to get my roots done, so my hair is going to need some real TLC very soon!

Glossybox June 2016 Lait Apres Soleil

The bottle of Lait Apres Sun was a lovely little inclusion too! It’s one of those products I never really pick up for myself, but I always need a little to soothe my skin after the sun. De Bruyere’s formula is super lightweight, just disappears into the skin and smells wonderfully of summer holidays – all coconut and sunscreen.

Glossybox June 2016 Starskin MaskI was so, so happy to see this packet of Starskin Smoothing Bio-Celluar Second Skin Eye Masks. I’ve been on something of a sheet mask binge, so new ones to try are always fun! These ones are designed to be popped on the under eye area to treat everything from puffiness to crows feet. As someone who gets super puffy as well as eyes that are dry and tight, these sound ideal!

The tube of lip and cheek tint was a bit of a surprise for me to be honest! It was tucked inside the inner packaging, so I only really found it when I was clearing the box out (they make wonderful storage boxes).

It’s a stunning red with strong pink undertones, and can be used both on lips and cheeks. The formula couldn’t be lighter – it just glides on and leaves a beautiful stain on skin. This is perfect if you’re after a touch of colour around the pool or on the beach!

Glossybox June 2016 Konjac Sponge

Last up is the full sized Spa to You Natural Konjac Sponge. I’ve posted before about how much I just adore Konjac sponges, so this was a wonderful surprise.

This one is completely natural and it’s perfect if you’ve got sensitive skin. I use my konjac sponges nightly – used with a foaming cleanser, they give my skin a thorough cleaning without being too harsh or abrasive. I then just rinse out and hang up to dry.

As usual, Glossybox subscriptions are £10.00 per month plus p&p here.
