So, I thought that Starskin was a purely sheet mask endeavour, but who knew – they’ve released a rather wonderful cleanser?! Based on the detoxing mask of the same name, this foam promises to remove makeup, smooth skin, balance moisture and cleanse ‘exceptionally’ – not bad for a lightweight foam!
Packaged in a nifty sachet, the Master Cleanser Foam contains a generous 150ml of product, which is easy to access every single drop of it thanks to being so super-squeezy. The formula claims to be as clever as the packaging too; boasting Sea Kelp, Glacier Water, Green Caviar and even Peony Root in the line up.
At first I was worried that the cleanser would be too much for my sensitive skin, but I was way wrong. The cleansing foam is an absolute dream to use – rich and indulgent, the more I worked it into skin, the foamier and creamier it became. Makeup (although not mascara) disappears with the cleanser, and after rinsing, skin feels silky smooth and fresh, without verging into squeaky territory.
Starskin The Master Cleanser Foam is priced at £20.00 and is available here.
