When it comes to brands which champion accessibility, Fenty has to be number one. When they launched back in 2017, the brand made having 40 shades of foundation feel like an obvious choice, and the impact they’ve had on the beauty industry is noticeable. It’s not ok to have a shade range of five to 12 shades, instead no matter how deep or light your skin tone, chances are you have a better foundation match now than you did then.
In the eighteen months since, Fenty have expanded their line, and products from highlighters to bronzers have all been designed to work with a variety of skin tones.
The spirit of inclusivity, Fenty Beauty is now available at Boots. Apparently you’re never more than a 10 minute drive from a Boots store (mind blown) so even if your local store doesn’t have a full blown Fenty counter, you’ll be able to pick up your Fenty picks online and collect them for free. Not to mention, you’ll now be able to clock up Advantage card points when you purchase, meaning that if you save enough, you could even treat yourself to a Fenty treat … for free!
On Friday morning, I headed through to the Glasgow Fort store to see the new counter in action, and I have to say, I was seriously impressed! Not only is it absolutely filled with the whole Fenty range, but it’s gorgeous too! Positioned right at the front of the store, you’ll not miss it, and you can try out the whole range of foundations, concealers and bronzers to find out which shades are the right ones for you!
The full summer lineup is also available, including this stunning colour-saturated Vivid Liquid Eyeliner Trios. Priced at £27 each and available here, the trios are a super fun way to inject a bit of colour into your summer looks!
I also fell in love with the Fenty Beaty Body Lava – available in three shades, Rihanna’s regularly documented waring the stuff, and it’s like an Instagram filter for your skin. Seriously glam and glossy, this isn’t for popping out for a coffee, but for when you’re after some full on glitz. Priced at £46 each and available here, these would be glorious on summer tanned skin in the evening!
The Pro Kiss’r range marks Fenty’s first foray into skincare and comprises of a Lip-Loving Scrub Stick (£15 available here) and a Luscious Lip Balm (£15 available here). Like all of the brand’s products, they’re 100% cruelty free, and they’ll have your lips ready for hippie in no time at all!
Huge thanks to Fenty Beauty for having me on Friday, and stay tuned for some new Fenty reviews coming! You can shop the whole range at Boots here.
