It’s no secret that I’m a bit of a lip balm hoarder. Check my handbag, makeup bag or car, and you’re guaranteed to find at least a few of them in each. They range in price from drugstore chapsticks to uber luxe, and honestly, I love them all. When L’Occitane sent over their new Multi-Baume Delicieux, I couldn’t wait to give it a try, and I am so glad I did, as I might have just found a new favourite!
Packaged in a chic brushed-glass jar, the Multi-Baume Delicieux feels seriously premium. It’s a 3-in-1 product which can be used to prime lips, as a balm or as an overnight mask for a serious dose of hydration, and I’m obsessed. Not only does the balm smell absolutely delicious (the clue is in the name after all), but it feels like silk to apply. It’s quite a thick balm, but it smoothes on to lips beautifully, and it feels like satin once it’s on without turning sticky or gloopy.
Scented faintly with vanilla, the balm is made up of a blend of botanical oils designed for their hydrating properties – pomelo softens lips, and carrot and pomegranate are included for their conditioning properties.
A product which feels like a real treat to use – this is perfect if you’re looking for a lip balm to take travelling with you, to beat dry lips at 20,000 ft!
L’Occitane Multi-Baume Délicieux is priced at £20 and is available here
