Is it just me, or do you always want to change up your fragrance when the weather shifts? Even though the past few days haven’t exactly felt like summer (thanks to insane amounts of rain and dropping temperatures) I’ve been searching for a fragrance which feels light and fresh to wear. A few weeks back, I was very kindly gifted a bottle of Kenzo Flower perfume, and it feels absolute perfect for perking up a rather grey, Scottish summer.
The iconic bottle was released back in 2000, but thanks to the chic three note make-up, it still feels incredibly current. A subtle, powdery floral which comprises of notes of Vanilla, Musk and Bulgarian Rose – it’s easy to wear, and feels perfect for summer. Just as the bottle is iconic in it’s simplicity – this is a perfume which is incredibly easy to wear. Spritzed on in the morning before heading out and about, I can still smell it on me well into the afternoon and evening. It’s the perfect perfume to wear when you just want to smell good – I love it for meetings, so I don’t feel like I’m smelling overly perfume-y.
Flower by Kenzo perfume is priced at £42 and is available here (UK) and here (US)
