Unlike my normal concealers, which tend to work on brightening areas, without too much cover, Huda Beauty’s Overachiever Concealer contains a rather impressive 31% pigment, so to say its high coverage feels like something of an understatement. Inspired by those of us, up late at night hustling, the concealer is designed soothe skin, as well as to cover imperfections.
The metal-tipped applicator immediately cools and soothes tired eyes, whilst the formula, which is infused with Green Tea disguises the appearance of dark circles, redness, hyperpigmentation, age spots, and discolouration with a natural-looking luminously matte finish. I tried out the concealer before going to my hardest spin class – and despite pedalling away for an hour, when I came off the bike, the Overachiever Concealer looked no different than when I stepped into the studio (even if the rest of my makeup had long since melted off).
