I’ve mentioned before, that I’m using this period of not seeing people, as a bit of a much-needed hair rehab. I have highlights, a few extensions and normally I wash, blow dry and straighten my hair daily, and honestly, it really wasn’t feeling 100%. So, over the past eight weeks, I’ve not so much as looked at my straighteners (although I am still blow-drying daily), so I’ve been on the lookout for a heat spray which protects my hair whilst also leaving it soft, smooth and shiny.
After washing and conditioning, I’ve been spraying a generous few spritzes all over whilst my hair is still wet. The Shine Spray smells incredible – super light and fresh, it’s a really beautiful scent. The spray has a lovely light texture, which means I can use it right up to the root, and then, after a little gentle combing, I can blast my hair dry. The result is hair which, despite not faffing around with a round brush or straighteners is soft and smooth, and the spray really adds a great dose of shine. It’s been such a lifesaver in building up my hair health, and it means ponytails look intentional, rather than a fuzzy mess!
The Hair Boss Semi Permanent Shine Spray is priced at £12.99 and is available here.
