When it comes to things I didn’t think I’d do in lockdown, developing a pasta-by-mail habit was one of them. Previously I’d been unconvinced that you could enjoy restaurant-quality dining at home, but happily, I’ve been proven (very) wrong by Pasta Evangelists.
