This eyeliner is literally life changing; ok, not life changing, but it is pretty great!
Guerlain brings these out every year, and yes, they are expensive, but these things last for months and months. The colour payoff is great – a silky, inky black which rims the waterline really well! The crayon format of the liner means that the line is smooth and soft looking, making it super-easy to create a smoky eye.
Not only do I love the product, but the packing is sublime. I buy these year after year, and the ribbon and decorations change, but they are the most glamorous eyeliner around
The eyeliner is priced at $36 and available at Sephora.com
There are few things I like more than things which are pink and shiny. Seriously, I have the aesthetic leanings of an eight year old high on candy.
These pieces just make me happy (and want to shop).

The Philip Kingsley Elasticizer is a product which is hailed as a miracle worker throughout magazines and blogs. A look at the box shows its been awarded beauty prizes by Harper’s Bazaar and InStyle – two publications which know what they’re talking about! So I was super excited to try this miracle product.
Unlike a regular conditioning treatment, this goes on before you shampoo, and it is left on for 1/2 hour. To deal with the unavoidable spills a cute little branded shower cap is included in the box.
I do always find this pre-shampoo treatment idea a little bit of a hassle – but made the most of it by applying a face mask at the same time and had a little home-spa-thing going on.
So, after shampooing and conditioning with my regular products (Kerestase shampoo and Frederik Fekkai conditioner) my hair did feel super smooth.
The only negative I would say came when I came to blow dry my hair – it took forever. However, once I did manage to get it dry, my hair was super sleek and looked as if I had straightened it.
What I like about this is, not only does it work in repairing the damage already done, but also helps in the prevention of damage – smooth hair equals no straighteners for me.
Would I buy the Elasticizer once this tub runs out? Yep, I think I would. I’m a sucker for hair treatments, and this is one which certainly works!
150ml jar is priced at £30 and is available here (UK) and here (US)
I’m seriously looking forward to spring and summer – sitting in the snow will do that to you! The pre-requisite pastels are looking super appealing right now, and I love them worn all together!

I am always pretty dubious when a product self certifies as a ‘miracle,’ but NUDE’s offering is pretty impressive! The mask contains exfoliating particles as well as some much lauded AHAs which are designed to slough off any icky outer layers of skin. They warn that the mask will tingle when applied, and yes, it did a little, but it wasn’t anywhere near unbearable. The smell is light, and reminiscent of marzipan, but it’s pleasant. After the recommended 5 mins (or maybe slightly more) the mask had dried and washed off easily.
My skin felt super smooth afterwards – velvetly soft, and my skin tone showed huge improvement – it went from a little blotchy to uniform in colour. Moisturizer soaked in super quick, and my face felt the benefits all day long. Not only this, but even the day after using, my makeup applied better – smoother and more evenly.
The price is a little expensive, but the product holds up – you are only meant to use it once to twice a week, and only a little is needed at a time, but it does make a huge difference!
Along with the Miracle Mask, I also tried NUDE’s Cleansing Oil. I have tried similar products from brands such as Shu Uemura, and I have to say, NUDE’s offering is up amongst the best. It is thicker than the other oils I have tried, and even after washing, my face felt moisturized, as well as free of makeup.
Both products are great! They do the job they claim, whilst the natural ingredients are always a bonus!
The Miracle Mask is priced at £38
The Cleansing Oil is priced at £28
