So I’m meant to be on something of a shopping ban. It’s my birthday next month, not to mention the summer sales, so I’ve been eyeing some of the things I want to purchase. Despite my good intentions, when I was clicking happily away on Net-a-Porter (just window shopping of course) this Valentino beauty caught my eye.

It’s a silk/cotton blend scarf which is perfect for the crazy weather we’re having at the moment.

I’m completely obsessed with the contrast between the dusky pink and neon yellow, and I think the leopard print is kind of fun!

Earlier in the year, I bought a couple of T by Alexander Wang tee shirts, which are the exact same pink colour, so recently I’ve been wearing it with my long-sleeved version, jeans, and these flats.

I think it’s absolutely perfect for adding a little interest to an otherwise plain or basic outfit, and it is ridiculously soft, and I love how it has a little shine.

I also like the fact it’s not too showy looking, and I’ve not seen anybody else with one!
