When I saw Chanel’s new Les Beiges Collection, I just knew from the outset that the bronzer had to be mine! Yes, I have at least 5 bronzers sitting in my stash, but from the stunning ivory compact to the fun stripes of the powder, I was in love!
Thankfully, when it came to trying out the Healthy Glow Multi-Colour Mariniere, I wasn’t disappointed. As if the compact didn’t feel special enough, tucked inside is a half moon brush made with natural bristles. It’s such a lovely change from the hard foamy applicators that other brands include, and it really adds to the luxury feel of the powder!
The striped version of the Healthy Glow Multi-Colour Mariniere powder comes in two colour ways. One is a mix of sheer pinks which is designed to lift sallow complexions, and give a healthy pink glow, whilst my option gives skin a bit of sun-kissed warmth. The stripes are a nod to Coco’s penchant for breton sweaters, and it’s such a fun, chic touch.
The formula of Healthy Glow Multi-Colour Mariniere is silky perfection. I use my regular bronzer brush to apply a light wash of the powder, and I’m obsessed with the subtle sheen that it leaves on skin. Rather than other bronzers which can leave you looking a little orange or muddy, Chanel’s Healthy Glow Multi-Colour Mariniere just warms the complexion, meaning you look like you’ve just returned from vacation – it’s perfect!
Chanel Healthy Glow Multi-Colour Mariniere is priced at £44.00 and is available here (UK) and here (US)
When I stumbled across the new Chanel Les Beiges collection a couple of weeks ago, I completely fell in love. The collection encompasses everything I love about the brand and the colours included in it were perfect for everyday wear; think cool pinks and neutral browns which feel incredibly easy to wear.
I spent quite a while oohing and ahhing over the offering, but the first thing I decided on the the Glossimer 204 Rose Tendre Lip Gloss. Despite currently living under a self imposed lipgloss buying ban, I couldn’t help myself!
I just adore the cool pink tone, and it’s the perfect milky pink for everyday use. I’ve been using it daily both alone and worn with the Les Beiges lip balm, and it never fails to make me feel more pulled together. On the lips, 204 Rose Tendre is quite sheer, but it adds the perfect amount of pink to give lips a bit of a glow. Like all Chanel lip glosses, it has a thick and almost sticky texture which might not be for everyone, but honestly, I don’t mind it.

Chanel are really hitting it out the park with summer with their limited edition releases. When I saw the Les Beiges Collection yesterday, I couldn’t help myself!
The whole collection is based on beautiful nudes, and I just had to treat myself to a couple of pieces – I picked up a Healthy Glow Multi-Color Powder (Limited Edition), Glossimer Lip Gloss, Hydrating Lip Balm (Limited Edition) and Le Vernis Nail Colour in Beige Rose.
I’ll be sharing my reviews of the products super soon, so stay tuned!
