Argan oil’s moisturizing properties aren’t anything new. I’ve been using the stuff on my hair for years now loving how it prevents split ends and gives shine. I’ve also been known to slather some of the stuff on knees and elbows when regular lotion just doesn’t do it. Oooh, I do love ESPA – my mother used to always have a couple of bottles of ESPA goodness in the bathroom when I was little, and those were the bottles I wasn’t to touch. As you can imagine, I used to creep in and smear myself with the decadent oils and potions, thinking that she would never guess. Spoiler alert – she did. It’s really getting quite chilly outside, which means the heating is being cranked up indoors too. This means my skin can get horribly dry.
Interning has a lot of upsides – the experience is incredible, the people are ridiculously nice, handling objects of art is a complete thrill, but wearing a full face of makeup five days a week can be tough on my skin, add dust to the equation, and by the time I get home, I’m practically clawing at my face.
