I like eye creams. I’m probably in the younger sections of the demographic they are usually aimed at, but I like them all the same. View Post

So September is National Honey Month (who knew?) and I can’t think of a more luxurious way to celebrate than with Noble Isle’s divine Heather Honey Hand Wash (try saying that three times fast).
So this might just be the coolest looking serum I’ve ever come across. View Post
While I was away I was lucky enough to stay in one of my favourite hotels – The Mark, a perfect little hideaway situated between Madison and Fifth Avenue on 77th Street.
If you follow the behind the scenes coverage of the Met Gala, it will probably look familiar – Anna Wintour, Sienna Miller and Andre Leon Tally are just a few of the guests who get ready for the ball there. The hotel is definitely my choice of city hotels – the decor is just the right side of eclectic, the staff are so polite and courteous, and the location cannot be beaten! When we are there, we always choose a Madison King, the rooms are huge, and the beds and insanely comfortable! Not only this, but I am just obsessed with their bathrooms.
This hotel is genuinely the only place in the world where a striped marble floor and turquoise cabinets look so chic!
You can see why I can just spend hours in the bathroom – a wonderfully roomy shower.
The baths are ridiculously big – you can splash splash like a child again.
The little black square in the mirror is my guilty pleasure – a television, which means I can indulge in my addiction of Million Dollar Listing all from the comfort of my bubble bath – bliss!
What I love about the hotel is the attention to details, from this adorable Kodak in the mini-bar to the Laduree macarons at turn-down, The Mark is just one of those hotels you want to hole up in forever – handy since apartments are available to buy!
The hotel also includes a great little bar as well as a wonderful restaurant and a very handily placed Frederik Fekkai Salon. As a bonus, the hotel regularly hosts fashion shoots, so you never know who you might bump into!
If you’re considering a stay in the city, I can’t imagine anywhere else which would be better!
