Over the past couple of years, brows have become big business – I can’t quite believe that I never used to do anything other than a bit of shaping to my brows when I now have a full range of products to keep everything looking just so!
So new for Fall, Urban Decay have released a duo of new brow products which I’ve been lucky enough to try out before they hit the shelves. Available in a choice of four shades, plus a clear version, Brow Tamers promise to ‘tame even the unruliest of brows,’ so as you can imagine, I couldn’t wait to put them to the test!
Taupe is the lightest of the four colours, and it’s absolutely perfect for blondes. I can’t even tell you how many hours I’ve spent swatching supposedly blonde-friendly brow products which all turn into weird, warm toned nightmares. Urban Decay’s offering however, is the bomb! After defining my brows with Urban Decay’s Taupe Brow Beater Pencil (review to come) I simply swipe the little mascara-esque brush over my brows. The formula is a cool, grey toned neutral which leaves a natural looking gloss on my brows, and it keeps them perfectly in place throughout the day.
I also got to try out Warm Brown, which is the second darkest shade available. I tend to opt for warm brown on casual days, where I can’t really be bothered paying too much attention to my brows. Instead, I just swipe Warm Brown Brow Tamer on, and I’m good to go!
